IN HOUSE - LDPE PLASTIC COATING
Low density polyethylene (LDPE) offers a softer, more durable finish to powder coating. Chip resistant and easy clean, plastic coating is a favourite for education products and POS. We are one of the only wire workers to offer in house plastic coating.
BRIGHT ZINC ELECTROPLATING (BZP)
Zinc Plating is a popular finish for the Wire Mesh Lockers. It provides an attractive high quality, durable finish to steel. The zinc coating protects the streel product from the effects of wear, as well as helping prevent corrosion and abrasion. It improves the overall appearance of steel giving the product a clean bright look which is aesthetically pleasing.
Zinc is more electrochemically reactive than steel and corrodes sacrificially, protecting the steel and extending the lifespan of the product.
BZP is recommended for an indoor environment where humidity is minimal.
POLYESTER POWDER COATING
Provides a colourful alternative to the BZP and can be matched to most RAL or BS references.
